Most likely. I heard that some discussions are going on to start curbing top up for bench people, in this way all bench folks will be forced to come to the office. Similarly for projects where there are frequent escalations especially related to resource availability.

Cognizant TruTime is your ODC SwipeOut Time - SwipeIn Time = 9 hours and main door SwipeOut time - SwipeIn Time = 10 hours.
This was the pre WFH rule.
Currently they are allowing Swipe time + Top up= 10 hours also but when full WFO is implemented it will be strict SwipeOut and SwipeIn timings only.
No , I Think not all orgs have this type of Main swipe and ODC swipe.
My previous orgs have only ODC swipe.
It is Cognizant micromanagement of associates going for breaks and cafeteria.

This is when the client doesn't agree for 9 hour billing. I know many accounts where Cognizant has convinced the client for 9 hour billing. They are trying to negotiate with all clients for 9 hour billing.
I heard many are just attending office 4 -5 hours and giving top-up in tru time for 10 hours..Can we do this?

Few accounts and projects are accepting it. This may be temporary though.
9 hour work + 1 hour break, mostly they won't monitor, your attendance should have an average of 10 hours. May differ with projects

Because of the typical Indian mentality. Revolting is not in our blood. Even if some more oppressing rules come into existence, we will be happily following those thinking that there are so many people without jobs, and we are fortunate to have one, so let's bear all the shit.
