When the BGV process happens in societe generale as I have received mail to submit documents for HR round and BGV but HR hasn’t said anything after submission does that mean that BGV needs to get completed to get the HR round mail? How many days will it take for BGV to get completed?

Do schools that you graduated from ( undergrad) still help ( maybe get that interview).

I have 150k miles available in United, would you suggest to use it for next flight to Asia (15hr) or keep it and exchange for something else??
