I am considering an offer of Pinterest and leave my current role at Google for it. I was wondering if anyone works at Pinterest and how you see the long term growth potential of the company?

The only form of doubt I have is that I am not sure
A) If Pinterest is still a scale up or more saturated
B) How is the culture (vs Google)
C) What is the international moving capability

Currently a first year staff in Risk Advisory in a Mid-Tier Firm hoping to move to Big 4 for either Risk or Cyber. When would be the most appropriate time to make the change? I heard that Senior Staff in mid-tier would most likely be hired as an “Experienced Hire” in Big 4. Cleared first round and my on-site is next week. It just came to my notice something about visa sponsorship in JD. It states “This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.” I have H1B but I would need H1b transfer and GC sponsorship. Can anyone help me out here.
