I have got an offer for Associate Manager L8 in Mobilization Team, Accenture Operations. Can anyone comment on how is below offers w.r.t to industry and internal peers. How much should i expect fro variable pay at the end of review cycle?

YOE: 8 years
Level: 8
Position: Associate Manager, Mobilization
CTC: 24 fixed + 27% Variable + 2 L Joining Bonus (2 year bond)
