I wanted to understand what my options can be, my company filed my visa application and within no time I have got the work permit for 3 years. Now, my company has deviated from the original plan and asked me to stay back in India.

Is it possible for me to work with any other Canadian organisation?
Will I have to ask the new company to change the sponsorship for my visa?
I have been applying at many organisations, no response..
I am too confused and don't have a lot of clue, need help

Tech Stack : python(django/flask), JS (react, emberjs), good hands on in AWS, Azure, terraform, ansible, githubCI, shell script etc, DB(MYSQL, ES, postgres, mongo), and custom toolings made internally.

My current CTC is 16.5 LPA (India) with 4+ YOE, product based.

Hello all - I have been offered a role with a big 4 in Canada for the "Manager" level. Since, it is a new market, I am unaware of the salary benchmark and big4 pay range in Canada.
