And they are just now deciding to do something about it. They want me (white female) to put together a diversity committee. Any suggestions on how to go about it? I read the four Elena Ferrante books in the Neapolitan series late last year and am ravenously making my way through the rest of her catalog. I can’t talk about her work enough. Others?!?
