Can someone from deloitte explain me about the project change option. I was hired 2 months ago and was chosen for a project which requires a different skillset. I tried to back out back then as another project wanted onboard me. But my DPM was blocked already and they refused to unblock it. I’m not liking this project at all and finding it difficult as well because of the deadline. Someone please suggest if there is any scope for project change.

SO and I got in to a disagreement on the background of Indian tech CEOs. It appears that they are all from 1 or 2 major communities in India.

While he thinks that its genetics/being naturally gifted that got them to where they are I believe it's the environment & discipline that made them successful. We are not from said communities but curious to hear your thoughts on who is more accurate.
