Is this company a good company in terms of employee engagement process like good management, good work life balance and they told it's for their client in pune location only 5 days work from office only. I want to know more about this company and th3 companies policies also. So please if any knows about it please share your suggestions and advice of joining to Neosoft Tech company in pune.

22.5 LPA

2) A small (150+ employees) service based startup company with excellent culture.
17 LPA.

Both the companies are profitable.

I have tried absolutely everything I can think of to limit distractions during the work day and none of it has worked. Working from home has only made it 100 times worse because now I know there are other more interesting things to be distracted by all around me. What do you do to hold focus during working hours?
