I have joined ACTI a month back in Kolkata in L9. I wanted to opt for Company Car Lease policy just to save TAX but finding it too complicated.
I had raised queries to payrole and they have replied with a suggestion to think twice before opting for this benifit.

When you join. And when did u receive joining location details. What is ur joining location? My joining is on 30th June but I did not receive any onboarding details? Also I didn't receive action items mail and countdown to Accenture mail
Don't worry. Even if you do nothing the HR will give you all the forms to fill manually on the date of joining. I feel it's a much safer way rather than making some mistake filling the form online. Do carry your original PAN card and copy of your PF passbook without that the joining might be delayed or even postponed. On the joining day itself the HR will provide you the location to collect your laptop, that location will be your base location.
No base location could be different. Base location would be the location where you will collect your laptop. It can be changed later as well
