I'm up for a pharma agency senior CW role in the Rx/HCP vertical. I have been freelancing for 11 years, so mostly contract rates between $50 and $80 p/h (lower end on W2, higher 1099). They want to know my 1099 rate and salary requirements if full-time employee. Would $75 hourly and $110K be within range? They are in Philadelphia. I have been working in the Chicago, San Fran, and NYC markets mostly.

Hi All, Say you have an offer for Senior Test Engineer and SDET (not senior). Compensation is same. Both the companies are good. Given the narrowing boundaries between testing and dev, which position is better in the long run? I thought it'd be SDET. But, I'd like to have expert/experienced opinion.

Everything equal i.e. compensation and bonus, as a big data engineer which one would you prefer and why? EY Technology or AFS.

Has anyone transferred from one MBB to another MBB and are willing to share what the process is like? I would assume it would be easier than applying to MBB straight out of college since you have already been at MBB so the new firm expects that you are already familiar w case studies and it is more a matter of cultural fit at that point. But is the salary directly comparable (ie if I am 1+0 and recently got a raise to ~$120,000 base, will that be the same at the new firm?
