Does anyone know how does the hike happens in TCS. let's say I have 12 lpa CTC then how would my annual anniversary and yearly appraisal will look like? . I heard that they don't increase in CTC they increase the basic pay by percentage and then other thin gets adjusted accordingly. Can someone explain it ?

When will the hike letter be released ?
Will the hike be reflected in Nov salary or in dec salary ?
I would like to know avg expected hike for career level 11

I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?

Recently joined an industry firm but picked up low hour/commitment m consulting for a small company (freelancing). The two companies are in entirely different spaces, no conflict of interest. Should I be concerned about disclosing the freelancing work to my full time firm?
