Epam has offered me a data engineer role. The HR department is offering a 25-30% hike on my CTC. However, they’re saying that before I join, they’ll revise it to 40%. Is this normal at Epam?

Please suggest any good sources to prepare for data engineer interviews in GCP, Python, SQL, Pyspark. I have worked only in a few tools in GCP and done basic coding in pyspark and above average in SQL, but need to be prepared to handle all questions to grab some offer.
