Post my MBA (Fin), I've been working in a bank as a Relationship Manager for over a year. I've realized majority of roles in banking are sales profiles (also less learnings and repetitive work) . I'd consider myself a good analyst rather than a salesperson.

My company thinks that’s not scalable for us to be in those calls. But I find it hard to speak enthusiastically about a job to candidates I interview when I never got to even hear the founders speaking about it themselves.

We have now agreed that I’ll get to see the recording of those calls. I’m not sure if that will suffice, though. Any thoughts on this?

I’m currently looking for a new role (preferably at Google) - how do I get noticed by recruiters? It took me so long to get a current role at Snap but unfortunately I had to be let go due to a restructure.
