Anyone see a big discrepancy between GTMetrix and Page Speed Insights when testing the same site? Annoying to say the least.

I joined fishbowl a month ago and while I’ve seen a couple contentious debates but I must say I’m pleasantly surprised at how respectfully ppl comment on this app even when disagreeing. Usually anonymity on the internet brings out the absolute worst in ppl; they type things anonymously that they would NEVER say in person smh. But I really haven’t seen horrible comments here. I wonder what makes this app diff frm others?

Hi All, I am 11 yoe, working at a medium sized product company and I got an offer from Thoughtworks (50% hike) for a Lead Consultant role in data engineer profile.

Being a mother, I have anxiety and nervousness about joining a service based company bcoz of doubts below.

2. How good is WLB at TW for a Lead Consultant? Approx working hours on a daily basis?

I have an work experience of 14 months in Domestic BPO and 28 months of experience in International BPO. Currently I'm working on agent level on a CTC of 25k but unfortunately i was not able to complete my graduate thats why i am not getting any chances to get promote nor I'm getting any salary hike, so if anyone can inform me where should i have to apply so i can get more than my current CTC...
