I am 8+ years experienced in IT as a software engineer, my previous organisation immediately terminated on the basis of performance issues. No PIP was initiated, also no prior warnings were issued.

Now they are not providing fnf and relieving letters. The tenure with this organisation was 4 months.

Now will I get a new job, or this will get my career stuck.

Please provide suggestions.

2nd year assoc. here. Finding myself spending 3-5 hours researching/analyzing issues that should only take 1-3 hours. I find myself questioning - for every assignment - is this the issue I was asked to look into? Did I read that case right? Does this analysis make sense? And I end up reading the same cases over and over. Does anyone have advice for being more confident/efficient on tasks, especially research?

I am not getting interest in testing now. Wanted to switch career as data professional, data engineer to be precise (after doing some basic study). Dear all, I want a suggestion currently working for TCS with 5 CTC in a support project with some opportunities on Devops tools. I am having an offer from a company for an senior software support profile with 15 fixed+1. My future aspirations are Devops. I have also received a counter from TCS for 12 CTC. Should I join on senior support role and then switch for Devops after preparation or should I stay back in TCS for some time and switch after preparation? In TCS my designation is system engi.
