I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

How to make resume more ATS friendly?
Finally left TCS last week and feel the most happiest person ever.TCS was my 4th organisation and I had joined TCS to settle for long term but after 1 year I realised this is the worst organisation one can be with.No first year hike for laterals, no support provided to hard working dedicated employees, only support and leaves are gifted to employees who do nothing and know nothing except dodging work and getting escalations from clients.Forced wfo, forced completion of useless trainings etc.
Tata Consultancy What is the maximum salary i can ask in TCS ? I have my Hr round on 9th of August.
Im from mainframe background playing a project lead / Architect role with 12.5 yoe. My ccts is 23 lpa. Im also expecting promotion in another month or too .
Considering all this factor i am thinking to as minimum 34 LPA .
PLEASE pour your suggestions.

As you own a flat in Noida already you should try to negotiate with HR for Delhi NCR. I don’t think so you should move to Bangalore or Pune there are many other factors as well that will cost you almost same with this Delhi NCR offered pacaka

Thanks
Visit Bangalore and stay for a month if you can. If you have friends here even better. Get first hand idea.
In my opinion, moving to Bangalore is good for IT. The ecosystem and opportunities in Bangalore are far more than any other city especially for senior resources.
The people are great. They just don't like their language and culture to be undermined.

Thanks let me explore.
So far what I understood is that it's good in the long term but will come with a cost
Add kannada as a language to your tech stack if you are willing to relocate to blr. Recently there's been intolerance towards local and outsiders

Sad reality of Bangalore and still IT companies want everyone to come there
Pune- yes
Bangalore - No
No. Too little gain to consider a relocation. You'd be bleeding money in B'lore

Same here but I am getting relocated to Bangalore just in the mindset just to move forward instead getting stuck or backwards
if u stay near home you can save your expenses
Questions. Are u married and have kids? If so, banglore cost of living will be very high.
Pune is a cheaper place compared to Bnaglore

Got it
Thanks for the advice
Your decision should be based on your current CTC. If you receive a salary hike of more than 50-100%, relocating to Pune or Bangalore could be worthwhile. Otherwise, Delhi NCR is more affordable in terms of living costs. Since you own a flat in Noida, if it’s loan-free, relocation might be feasible. However, if you still have a loan, moving might not be beneficial as the rent you receive from your Noida flat won’t match the rent you’ll pay in Pune or Bangalore.

Pune also NO

So, either Bangalore or remain in NCR
Hyderabad is 20-30% cheaper than Bangalore, pune would be similar or less. Better to spend time with your family than coming to Bangalore since most of the time you would be stuck in traffic.
