Got an offer for a sales applications manager role at Cisco and a Strategic AE role at Amazon - both are basically the same pay (130~ base, 220 OTE)

Fishes, how were the appraisals in general at Deutsche Bank for roles in Mumbai location? Understand that they got concluded only recently so it will be interesting to know.
