I am putting this question out here to understand how does referral system work in JP Morgan Chase? People who have referred me in past told me they can't refer me for a specific job but can put my CV on there. My questions are:

1. If the above is the case, how will I apply to different jobs using customised CV for each?
2. Does this mean, the more people put my CV/refer me, the better are my chances for the job? If not, does it mean referral from 1 person or 3, is all the same.

Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.
