I had applied to Autodesk for the SSE (AI/ML) role. I completed three technical interview rounds, all of which went well. However, it's been over 10 days now and I haven't heard back. Even the HR is not responding.
Is this normal? Should I continue waiting or consider it a rejection?

Hi Fishes, I've an offer letter for Accenture Strategy (M&A) for Senior Manager, India and my joining is in 3 days. Package is very good, but no immediate relocation opportunities. May happen in future.

Now at the very last moment, I've got an M&A leader role from Wipro. Reporting to a board member. This is a global role and will be based in US. L1 visa to be initiated.

Any suggestions on which is a better offer? And, how best I can negotiate here to get myself a better deal. Gracias!

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

Currently in Interview process with EPAM Systems in Canada for Performance analyst role ( Performance testing / engineering ) and also Test Automation role.
