I have 3.9 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. I currently hold an offer with a fixed salary of 14 lakhs per annum, with no additional variables. While speaking with the EY recruiter, I mentioned that I have an offer of 16 lakhs CTC & stated my expected CTC from EY as 17 lakhs.
Can EY match my expectations,If I remain firm on my expectation of 17 lakhs & do not agree to negotiate lower, is there a chance HR will accept, or is it more likely they will reject my application?

If I get fired while on OPT without getting my H1-B stamped, is it useless or can it be used in future for some other job?

My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off. We plan on having kids within the next year or two, and it’s highly u likely that she’ll be able to keep her current gig. We want to find a career that allows her to work remote or that at least gives her a better work life balance so that she can see her kids grow up. 1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.
