I have an offer from HCL Technologies for E2 grade Deputy Manager role with CTC 11LPA Bangalore location. I counter offered with 15 LPA Lead Analyst role Pune location from another organisation. But the HR and hiring manager is saying 11LPA is the budget for E2 grade and above that is for E3 grade. So, is this correct for E2 grade 11LPA is the max budget?

Pls suggest what I should do.

High designation with low CTC or Low designation with high CTC.

I had 5AA t/f(modified FET) on 11/07, today (11/16)I had blood work, nurse told HCG level is: 168.5, and will be checking again on 11/18, to see if HCG is raising. Is this good value?
