I have an offer from Wipro with a DOJ of the 4th of next month, but it's unlikely I'll get an early release from my current organization. My LWD is the 29th of November.

1. Will Wipro extend my joining date and issue a revised offer to match my official LWD?

2. I also have an offer that is 2 LPA higher, but it’s from a startup and I’m not keen on joining. If Wipro extends my DOJ, can I negotiate a better offer with them closer to the new joining date?

Three members on the team left and the remaining 6 have been told to increase their workload to compensate. The firm will keep their bonus but will share their workload with the existing employees. How can you justify this? Lol. What happens to the unpaid bonus? Rollover to next year?

I received an offer (28 Lakhs + 3.9 Lakhs incentive) from Novartis for Sr Project Manager yesterday. This was just 13.6% more than my current earnings as Project Manager. I've given the reasons why I deserve at least 30% to HR. In response to that, HR has sent 2nd offer i.e. 29 Lakhs + 4 Lakhs incentive + 50k sign-on bonus. The 2nd offer is just 18.2% higher than my current earnings. Need your suggestion, if I could still negotiate with HR to finalize deal by asking for 25% hike?

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.
