I have my final face-to-face interview tomorrow for a Software Engineering Systems Engineer role at Salesforce. The interview is with the Director of Software Engineering.

Has anyone been through this round recently? What kind of questions should I expect? Is it primarily technical, behavioral, or a mix of both?

Any insights, tips, or topics I should prepare would be greatly appreciated. It's scheduled for tomorrow, so any help is really appreciated.

Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. The training is non existent, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to invest in new hires, my manager scolds me for not knowing enough yet gives no direction. He asked me how many times has that happened? I was like that doesn’t matter. I spent way too much time, money and effort to get to where I am.

Okay so I’m a newly licensed attorney in a very conservative part of TX. I just got my first job offer and I was worried at first thinking that I was in “Trump” territory, but I tested the waters in my interview and spoke about police injustices and how prosecutor’s job is not only to protect victims, but also defendants from police injustices. I have to let them know by tomorrow, but thoughts on if this is a good career move for someone who wants to work in transactional work-RE or Bankruptcy?
