Deloitte USI - 21 LPA Fixed + 0-10 % Variable

Chubb - 22.2 LPA + 8 % Variable

Please help me to choose one from the above offers. I want good Job security, WLB and Learning. Chubb Deloitte USI

I am looking for a part time role for additional income source. I currently work in Category Management team of a Packed Food Company in Mumbai, India.

When I look for the part time roles I only find shady MLM and some delivery jobs. Nothing wrong in delivery jobs, but I am more inclined towards WFH role as me and my wife are pregnant.
