Hi Everyone,

I received an offer from Capgemini for a Senior Consultant (C1) role. My current CTC is 10 LPA, and they offered 13 LPA including 10% variable pay.

I feel the offer is slightly low. My last working day is 26 May, and joining is on 8 June. I don’t have another offer in hand, but I’m planning to counter with 14 LPA including variable pay.

Do you think they will consider it?
