Hi everyone,

I want to know whether IBM India's Provident Fund (PF) account is managed by the Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) or if it is a trust-managed fund. Does IBM have its own private trust for PF contributions, or does it fall under EPFO’s direct management?

Would appreciate insights from anyone working at IBM or those familiar with their PF structure.

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ???
