What do you see as most attractive exit ops in Europe? In the US, everything is about Tech/FAANG, but it seems way less attractive in Europe (less strategic roles, comp. seems much lower than in the US, very centralized around London/Dublin).

I’m honestly tired of being at an agency and not feeling as fulfilled as I used with strategy as a career. Have anyone here make a career change? if so, what other jobs out there - outside of agencies and client side - can you apply what you know as a strategist? Love how BS credit score is. Got my score up to 800 last month only to go on vacation so my credit utilization went up to 8% due to the increased spending and my score dropped 35 points because I didn’t immediately pay the balance after charging the purchases. I always pay my balance in full each month and have never missed a payment, how is 8% credit utilization determined to be that big of a risk that my score got immediately wrecked, I don’t understand

One of my staff is quitting. I'm secretly so happy because he is really bad at being an auditor. I don't have to answer the same question 8 times a week, re-do all the work he did after 3 rounds of feedback and hours of coaching, and have time to actually get the my own work done.

I have a few friends who will tell me everything from how much money they make to how much their husband spent on them for their bdays to how much their parents make??
