I’m currently evaluating an opportunity with Finicity,(a Mastercard Company) and wanted to understand the experience from people working there or who worked there recently.

A few questions:

How is the overall work culture and work-life balance?

Is Finicity operated independently or does it function exactly like Mastercard internally?

Is employment directly on Mastercard payroll or maintained under Finicity legal entity/payroll?

How stable is the team and attrition?

Hi, I cleared interview 3 technical and 1 hr for a product based company. The interview went really well. They confirmed my selection but not sent the offer letter, its been a week. When contacted, the hr team asked me to wait for a few more days.
Do companies take this long usually? Should I wait for them or continue my job search?
