How is product owner /solution owner role in product companies.
I have joined this organization, and previously i have been techno managerial like tech architect.
Currently I am sharing responsibilities like product owner, release management as well.

Does anyone has awareness if this is good career move . I do have exposure currently due to my technical background but it's limited now.

Hi Fellow Fishes! I need some urgent advice. I had accepted a job offer at a really good company with a good role and team. I am due to start that new job on Monday 30th Aug. Now the thing is I have a better job offer from one of my dream companies-i would be really stupid not to take that offer. So I would be declining the job at the first company just 2 days before i am supposed to start! I know its a good problem to have but a very unpleasant conversation with them. 732 applications the last 11 months that doesn’t include since the start of the pandemic looking for work. Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

Hi, I cleared interview 3 technical and 1 hr for a product based company. The interview went really well. They confirmed my selection but not sent the offer letter, its been a week. When contacted, the hr team asked me to wait for a few more days.
Do companies take this long usually? Should I wait for them or continue my job search?
