Hi everyone, I’m currently in the interview process for a 'Senior Data Scientist" role at Fractal Analytics. I’ve cleared all the technical rounds and have my HR round coming up in a few days. The HR who initiated the process mentioned that I might be placed in either Grade 6 or Grade 7, depending on the panel’s decision in the HR interview.

Could anyone help me understand what salary range I should ideally ask for in each of these grades?

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.
