I'm filling out the Corporate NPS form via Kotak and it asks for the "Date of Retirement." I wanted to check what retirement age Optum follows for this purpose — is it 58, 60, or something else?

Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. I am the sole provider for my family and value quality of life and stability. I have some interview requests from other FAANG companies that I know pay more but I worry about starting over. My anxiety is through the roof I’ve never wanted a job so bad before that I’ve interviewed for. I had an excellent interview with my potential manager. She said out of all the applicants I stood out the most and she loved my resume/conversation , They are moving to meet the team on Wednesday. I just can’t stop thinking about and so worried they are interviewing a lot of people. Helpppp me calm down lol this is torture , honestly

Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

HireRight bgv was also started 8 days ago.

The HR keeps saying you will recieve it today EOD everyday, but no offer letter till now.
