We are a support organization to remote camps and I'm not sure how to go about validating our exemption. We pay full overtime as prescribed by ESA, but work 14 on, 7 off.

I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. Is anyone dropping those requirements as our provincial governments also drop vac certificate regulations and other protections?
