Hi, I am currently in product company with 15LPA for 8 yoe. Have started with service based but then switched to product and have switched to only 3 companies till now. Due to my family relocation to Ahmedabad, I want to look for options in TCS ahemdabad. Is anyone from TCS ahemdabad and can share about the type of projects they have. I’m looking for feedback on performance reviews. I am not a fan of traditional performance reviews, often associated with annual goals and a rating.
