I have 4.2 YOE in service now development. Currently holding offer with 15LPA fixed. Mindtree is going to scheduled interview. I am thinking to ask 18LPA fixed. Do mindtree provide that much package for 4.2 year experience.

Quarterly quota (per quarter): 107k
Quarterly bonus (per annum): 23k
130% Annual bonus = 11.5k
"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%

I’m a top producing salesperson at a mattress company generating about 400k GM a year. Total compensation is around 75K a year. I was curious if this is in line with the industry?

The best thing about being stationed abroad was that I got to meet new cultures I never thought I’d see.

I’ve learned recently about some traumatic events that family members of mine have gone through but I had no idea had occurred. Besides my parents divorcing I really have not experienced that many hardships or trauma in my life. Sometimes it makes me worry if I’m due for something bad to happen, if the other shoe was going to drop at some point. I know hardships are a part of life and I feel like I have had far less than normal

IBD came to states at 8. My cousins back home are getting arrange married. My parents are starting to pressure me and pity me. But I have no interest in following a "timeline" and am pretty ambivalent when it comes to kids. I already have a SO and do not see a reason to tie the knot just because other people my age are.
