Hi everyone, in how many days does the First Advantage usually send the BGV link after signing the offer letter?
It's been 4 days since I signed the offer, but I haven't received any email from First Advantage. My recruiter is not reachable either.
It was mentioned in the offer that we are supposed to fill BGV details within 5 days of accepting the offer.
Any insights on this? Has anyone faced this issue before?

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?
