I’ve been feeling pretty demotivated lately—I’m seriously underpaid for the amount of work I’m doing (basically handling team lead responsibilities!), and with no hikes this year, money’s tight. Plus, all this talk about AI taking over jobs has me worried.

I’m wondering: Is it even possible to switch jobs now and land a 100% hike? I’m also thinking of starting DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) to upskill, but with my crazy workload, I’m not sure if I can stay consistent.

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE?
