Do not know the job market, but I do like it out there a lot. The city has started to get very experience and also has a lot more crime in recent years so you will want to visit extensively first. For example, a lot of people don't even like to go downtown anymore for fear of getting their cars broken into. I love to visit and am not afraid, but I would just keep that in mind.
Yup Seattle is very expensive.
With your five years of experience and your bachelor's degree you should have no problem finding a job in supply chain there. You may even be able to find a managerial position. Just be prepared for the rain. It rains a lot in Seattle. But don't worry, you'll get used to it. And after all it's better than snow right?
