I really think that the insurance policy given by mediassist is way more expensive for parental insurance, means who will pay for 50k+ premium and that too for large copay, I guess the leadership team should intervene here....Parental insurance is really important for any employee and most of the time is only needed.
Recently I used parental insurance and found that the insurance company only paid for 50% of the total bill.

I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

AI will learn little by little to make better decisions, I think it is the future and it is getting closer, we must prepare ourselves for the total optimization of the supply chain.
I think that many of the problems in the supply chain come from the hand of not exact criteria such as that of us humans, AI does not make these kinds of mistakes, so a union between the two can achieve great improvements in the supply chain.
I am hesitant to say that I completely support the decisions being made by AI within the supply chain. I think it is important to have a human element in aspects of business where decision-making can impact people's lives.
They could help to optimize the flow of goods and materials, ensuring that supplies are where they need to be when they need to be there. This would lead to increased efficiency and a smoother running supply chain
