Hi everyone, My friend did BCA back in 2021, but due to some family problems she couldn't start or search for a job in IT, and till now she is unemployed (she was giving tuitions to local kids though), but now she wants to start again, and she has good knowledge on Javascript.
What should be her goto strategy to get a fresher job in tech. Should she join some institute online/offline or do MCA. What do you guys suggest?

The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
