I have my COPR valid till dec 2023. Those who landed , could you guys please help me understand if its the right time to fly given the market situation. Though i also heard situation in canada is better. So very confused.

At the same time my firm is delaying any internal movements for positions in canada. I can't rely on them much, there's chances that it can materialize in the later half of the year but i want to land in APR-MAY. Please guide
