1) cropin technologies prod based company in Bangalore offering 27lpa all fixed
2) ciklum service based but client I will work on is VMware and offering 30 lpa all fixed with joining bonus of 1 lpa
Kindly suggest which should I choose?

Is 13 lpa fixed a good offer for 1.5 yoe ?

I have completed my B.Tech. on 2020 and got a job in an MNC with a 3.8LPA, but due to COVID, the onboarding was delayed to Feb 2021. During this time, I had enrolled myself for a distance M.Tech. degree.
I recently joined a new company with a 10.1LPA a month back.
Just two weeks back, my M.Tech. degree is completed.
Should I have some increment in my new company as to my M.Tech. completion?
