Looking forward to staying busy during this short break with fun beach and local activities but also relax on the beach for large chunks of time. Where should we book our hotel? Downtown, La Jolla, Pacific / Mission Beach? Don’t care to go OUT out given covid but want to be close to good food, the ocean etc. within walking distance if possible. Also should we rent a car or just Lyft/Uber around?
