YOE and skill ?

QA

What designation both the companies are offering and how many years of experience do you have ?

CG has support projects too, service based and slow hikes. Wipro 16 vs 12 other service based seems wipro is obvious choice to me.

HR thinks why to retain existimg emplooyee with 70% hike if i get new resource in 30 % addtional cost d and employee thinks why to loose 40% if current company gives you 30 % and switching give u 70 % fact : when an employee leaves ,by seeing that employe his project members started job searching and started leaving within a year eventually hr losses for per candidate 30% . i saw it in all companies. so retain employees even with 70%

A client based in Japan had sent us a list of some Japanese texts and their English translations at our request which we needed. SM: Copy all the Japanese texts and their translations from document that client sent into a new document and send it back to client (to whom it came from) and ask them if they are correct. Me: Why are we doing that? SM: Just to ensure that we have validation in an email that client sent these translations to us. Me: Facepalm 🤦🏻‍♂️

I didn’t realize it in the moment but at that point (contd)
