Hi Everyone - so my PERM was filed in Mar’23 and my H1B max out is in Dec’23. Looking at DOL processing, it’s unlikely my PERM will be approved by then. So those who have gone through a similar situation, when you took a leave of absence and left US - did you close/sell everything? Or I guess how did you plan leaving US? I am unsure of what I should do (i.e with the appt & car lease and all the stuff) when I have to leave.. I am likely overthinking, but any advice, so that I can plan ahead? 🙏🏻
