Wanted to check with folks working at Mastercard Pune regarding the 60% attendance (3 days/week) policy.

Is this requirement tracked strictly on a weekly basis, or is it okay if we maintain ~12 days/month overall (even if some weeks have fewer office days)?

Does uneven attendance across weeks trigger any flags, or is monthly compliance generally acceptable?

Would really appreciate insights from anyone currently following this policy.

How do I get a job at a startup? I have an accounting/finance background, but don’t enjoy that work and want to get into the startup space (been interested for years).

I worked with a company to build a mobile application and I will be contracting with that same company to maintain the app as we go live. I am expecting to deploy next week. In defining the scope of that contract, what should I be sure is included? Any advice would be great.

In the last two year I’ve gotten more and more into alcohol free beer. The selection in my country (Europe) is still small and mainly driven by the big brands (e.g. Heineken). My idea is to start my own small brewery which only produces alcohol free beer as a bit of a pendant to the booming local craft beer industry. Any thoughts on that idea or someone who has experience in the market?

I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?

HR is not ready to share the exact budget they have (weird!! because HR usually give the idea of how much they can offer )

HR is asking me to expect something on top of the current offer I am holding.

The opening is for L8. How much offer I should expect from mastercard??
