First I have epam offer of 12LPA then I got Deloitte opportunity in salary discussion I told them that I hold an offer of 12 LPA fixed CTC and said expected better than that at last it finalised to 11.50 LPA fixed CTc + 0-10% variable + 50k(well-being, mobile phone)

So now I got an another offer from capgemini with 12.75 LPA CTC

shall I show this capgemini offer and ask Deloitte to revise offer to match or get close to capgemini offer?

Will Deloitte they revise offer or they won’t?

Graduating with a bachelor's in IT come May, have tons of management experience in the Healthcare setting and technical knowledge of various systems such as product development cycle, analyzing data and ITIL v4.
