Hi! First time posting here, not sure what to expect, but hoping for some help or advice. I'm in a situation where I think it may be necessary to advance my skillset or insurance education in order to find a position that offers the flexibility I need to remain in the workforce. I currently have a P&C license in Michigan and am looking for remote positions. Would it be wise to go into underwriting, or auditing? Do those positions have remote flexibility options? I appreciate your help!

If I resign and serve notice , my tenure at current workplace will be 11 months.
Should I work for one more month and resign ?
Or should I resign right away and serve 2 months notice period and buy out one months notice ?

I went on a “date” recently. I paid for the tab as they were going to the bathroom. As we were leaving they said “thanks for lunch” — I was hoping they’d at least ask to Venmo me half as a kind gesture. Following lunch we grabbed dessert. I was hoping they’d offer to cover dessert since I covered lunch but it didn’t happen.
