How do you get leverage as an internal transfer? A buddy of mine with similar experience and location received an external offer for nearly $100k TC more than my internal offer for the same role. I haven’t accepted it yet, and I’ve already caused a stir in my previous org. Should I accept an offer I’m already bitter about? Is my only recourse to now leave the company? Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects. I also have my AWS Cloud Practitioner Cert, hoping to eventually get the Data Analytics Cert later. Book recommendations for Experimentation (for a noob)

What approaches have you used to enforce data consistency for ML services? System and conf tests can be written definitively for SW applications but it becomes challenging when Data variability exists ?
