Thinking of getting a rucksack and just adding 20 lbs of weight to my daily commute. My understanding is that you can get your heart pumping at 60% of its max during a normal run. But we’ll see.
Morning work outs is probably the best strategy. Never know when your leaving so that's the only way to have consistency. Those gym showers though, I've never gotten used to them. I'm personally thinking of upgrading to an something like an equinox gym.
Yeah, i rarely shower at the gym. I think I'm too high maintenance, I guess lol. I have too many products to lug around. I go to one pretty close to my apartment and just go home to shower and eat breakfast before work
I swim at the gym. I do it in morning when gym opens (430) as a way to get the day going. If I wait til after work it generally doesn’t happen .
I’ll get up around 4, usually go to bed by 10, on weekdays. Later on weekends. I’ll swim 3-4 days a week.
