Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. Hi, just wondering how the staffing situation has been in strategy consulting in general? My sibling started a job in strategy in Silicon Valley 2 months ago after MBA. She has been on the bench for 2 months and was informed that there has been a shortage of jobs (within the job) and the amount of people on the bench is getting high. She has been under a lot of stress although she had many great networking calls with people. I wanted to help but can't identify what she can improve on.

Was having a chat with a recruiter who does a lot of work for me so out curiosity I am interested to hear what do consultants look for when they are moving into the industry.
- What are some of the key elements you look for vs deal breakers?
- What types of firms and industry are of interest?

I have an offer from fidelity investments and Amadeus labs. Pay is almost same. Please suggest which is good in terms of learning, wlb, job security, growth.
